Over four decades ago, an old Quaker oatmeal box, painted flat black, fitted with a pinhole at one end and a square of photographic paper on the other, ignited my passion for photography.
Over the intervening years, cameras have come and gone. Time dedicated has ebbed and flowed. My desire has grown beyond a simple capture of what I see, or documenting an event, into creating art.
The location of Five Feline Farm affords stunning views of both sunrise and sunset, among other subjects, further cementing my focus to share the art of Creation visible from this piece of land I call home.
Thus, Nature’s Narrative Photography by DJ Coonce is born.
